→ This is a blog dedicated (mostly) to female characters and women and their relationships! A few things you may want to know about this blog:

→ This blog posts incredibly frequently, usually approx. 80 original posts per day, plus 30+ reblogs. I attempt to spread the posts out, but often times there is a mad dash at the end of the day that means a fair amount of flooding before the tumblr clock turns over. Be forewarned about how much your dash can handle!

→ Frequent series posted about are: Sailor Moon, Madoka Magica, Bleach, Disney, Final Fantasy, CLAMP, and whatever the hot new series on pixiv is.

→ DON'T REMOVE ART CREDIT. Sometimes there's a lot of extra text or fangirling and that's fine to remove. But leave the art credit alone, please. Fanart posts that I make on this tumblr (not counting reblogs where I can't find a source) will have the source in the clickthrough, I am 99% consistent with this.

→ If I post something of yours that you don't want posted on tumblr or if I miss that you have a tumblr you've already posted it to, please feel free to tell me! I also try to avoid posting art from those who already have a tumblr (because the point of art credit is to get credit to the actual artists, so getting attention for the artist's tumblr is a priority, too!), but I'm definitely not perfect about it. Just give me a shout and I'm happy to take something down/reblog something instead.

SUMMARY: Ino’s had a bad day; Sakura’s there to help. Sort of.

REC: Because it’s Femslash February (at the time of this rec), I decided to hunt around AO3 for more f/f fic to work into my usual recs this month, and this InoSaku fic was one of the first I stumbled over. It’s a short piece, but it’s very nice, just a quiet unwinding after a long day of training for Ino and I really love some of the details in this—like Ino training with Kakashi (as they’re both people who copy others’ techniques, if in different ways). But mostly it’s the way this is a fairly laid-back piece, it’s not about the snarling rivalry that they sometimes have, but neither does it forget that these are two brash, intense girls. Instead it’s about these two girls who have such a solidity and confidence to themselves and how they’ve grown up but are still recognizably themselves and about helping each other wash the day’s grime off after a long training session. Ahhh, sometimes I think this pairing might come close to being my Naruto OTP on the right days.
